It's that time of year again in MIAMI where the HMI gathers for the annual COMPAS FESTIVAL activities. The 19th year that NOEL & CECIBON are doing the biggest Haitian Festival in the HMI.....they are going all out once again. Below are some of the parties to look out for this year.
