Interesting proposals by MICKAEL based on the question that we asked her below. (READ under the picture)



*KOMPA MAGAZINE: What are 5 Rules/Laws you would implement if you were elected PRESIDENT of The Haitian music industry (fictional) for a better HMI industry. The 5 LAWS are......
MICKAEL: "1) Royalties: Each radio/ Tv station would have to summit a monthly spin/rotation list and the artist would get paid per spin like everywhere else in the world hints ASCAP BMI etc
2) it would be illegal for DJs, Tv, and radio to ask for money to play an artists music and videos
3) Artist would not be allowed to wear sunglasses in dark places like clubs and interviews hahahahahaha lol
4) Younger artists would be a bigger part of the industry like teenagers etc
5) Set up an Artists Union to protect the families of an artist if anything happens to the artist or/and have a retirement pension...for retiring artist/bands.
