*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Thoughts on Zenglen and Yves Abel going their separate ways? I know you have ties to both parties.
RALPH CONDE: "It's not always good for a band to change teams cause it takes time to get everybody tight to play together. Yves Abel his one of the best Haitian bass players. He has made his name in the HMI especialy with Tabou Combo in the 80's. I remember there was a time every bass player wanted to play like him. Unfortunately the music has changed so much, people listen to music in a different way now, especialy with this new Generation. Any way I wish both parties Good luck."
