NYC 3 BAND PARTY "PAID NUMBERS" + More!
This is what one half of the SHOWBIZZ promoting team CHICO told us on the 3 band party from the other day in NYC. READ BELOW
CHICO: "We finally counted the paid tickets at 2 am this morning. We had 1322 paid 96 VIPs and 75 comps. 1418 TOTAL PAID."
*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Are you satisfied with the numbers? If they told you before the party that's the number that you would get with these three bands, would you take it or make some adjustments in terms of the three band party?
CHICO: "To be honest I'm happy the #s turned out in our favors due to the fact that January is such an unpredictable month. It was in the 50s pretty much all month, and of course the day of the event it dropped in the low 30s. On the other hand a bit disappointed because with a lineup like that, the promotion that was behind this event, the buzz that was in the streets, we definitely expected over 2000. This market is unpredictable. That was the LINEUP of 2017.....3 bands with 3 brand new hot albums, and Harmonik with a Mega Hit."
