WHY DO THE NAMES OF THESE "2" KEEP COMING UP?

WHICH 2 OWNERS and FACES of an upcoming group in NYC are feeling the RUMOR MILL HEAT simply because THE STREETS ARE HOT AND HEAVY by pointing the finger at THEM...in terms of ALLEGEDLY "OFFERING THEMSELVES"...tankou la ru a ap di....POT TET YO ALE or OFFRI TET YO....for what will allegedly be the NEW REVAMPED VERSION of a popular group that took a "hiatus" for a few months...to return on the scene at a later date? MWEN PA KON KISA 2 ATIS SA YO DI ou KISA YAP PALE AK MOUN....ki fe nom yo ap pede "come up" in that equation.
WHY would MORE THAN 4 different sources bring up THEIR NAMES? Why would they say that THOSE 2 ARE LOOKING TO JUMP SHIP? Do those 2 have to release some sort of statement to "clear the air" and "clean their names off the streets" in terms of this rumor? Is this something being put out by people and rival bands to try and destabilize the group in their quest...or is there some truth to it?
